Day 10 - June 20 - Pasadena. Today we got in the car and drove to Old Pasadena to do some shopping. First problem was with Papa trying to shove money into parking machine. A few minutes later, an attendant took the money and said we were OK. After shopping for a few hours, car was not taken away or a ticket on the widow. One lucky day.
After, we walked to a kitchen store that were futurized kitchen tools for cutting fruit or peeling vegetables.
Then, we walked a few blocks to Chalk Art Festival. We were very impressed by the artists work. We spent a couple of hours looking at work in progress.

Afterwards, we listened to live music and had lunch at PF Changs. Very good food.
On way back to car I decided I needed some new shoes for school in fall, so we stopped at a Van's surf/skateboard shoe store. After looking at many designs, settled on a nice white pair. I'll be looking good for school :-)
Than Nana had hard job of washing our dirty clothes. We were running short, but now have nice things to wear for many days.
We came back to room to find a party going on next to our room at a house. Now it is 11 pm and the music is still going on - loud and fast. We are thinking of changing rooms or going there to have fun :-)
