Day 14 - June 24 - San Francisco

Day 14 - June 24 - San Francisco. Wow what a chance to hang on to the side of a cable car and zoom up and down some cool hills. We ended p in downtown area. Lots of stores and a few weird people.

We looked thru the mall and then to Nana's favorite fabric store Britex. Four floors of fancy fabric, buttons and yarn.

Then had lunch at Denny's where the lady helped us get the right subway to mission church. The subway took us for awhile under the streets, came out to where we were on the street.

At the mission, we saw saw both the mission building which was original from 1800 and the church which had was beautifully restored. It was damaged during the 1906 earthquake. The altar came from Mexico when it was originally built.

I talked to my friend David on the cell phone and he was he was having a fun time in Michigan.

We back to hotel to rest while Papa was working with photos of the day.

From there, got back on cable car and went to Chinatown to eat. The food was so delicious. Lots of it to fill me up. Hard part was walking back up steep hill to take cable car back to hotel area.

We were very tired.
